Our Showroom is open by Appointment.
Since the outbreak of Covid-19 and the re-opening of our showroom following the various lockdowns we have had numerous compliments from customers visiting on our covid-19 procedures and how safe they have felt when in the showroom. With Covid-19 cases still being high we have made the decision to continue the procedures we have in place to keep the Showroom a safe environment for our staff and customers. All staff members will be wearing face masks and we ask all customers to wear face masks while in the showroom. On arrival a staff member will greet you at the door and ask to take your temperature. They will then explain how we work and leave you to browse our showroom at your own leisure. As soon as you require any help or information do not hesitate to ask a member of staff who will be delighted to help you. We feel the procedures we have in place have been a major reason for our business to have had no cases of Covid-19 throughout the pandemic and would like to continue to protect both our staff and customers. This will be under constant review and any updates will be posted on our website and Social media platforms. We thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you to our showroom.

Please visit either our Online Calendar to check availability and arrange your appointment, or email email@example.com. You can also call the office on 0115 9461005, and we can book your appointment over the phone.
The showroom is open 9.30am-4.30pm Monday to Saturday. Please visit the Online Calendar and the dates with available appointments will be highlighted in blue. Once you have selected your preferred date it will then show you the available appointments for that day.
To follow the latest Government guidance we now have a unique QR code that is on display in the showroom entrance. This will need to be scanned on entry using the NHS COVID-19 APP to comply with track & trace.
Appointments are staggered with arrivals every half an hour, with the last appointment starting at 4pm. This is to ensure we do not have numerous customers arriving to visit the showroom at the same time. Please be aware your appointment does not mean you will be the only people in store, but with the showroom being over two floors and 5,000sqft there is adequate space for Social Distancing.
We are now Covid secure as we are using the latest Social Distancing technology. You will be asked to wear a device on a lanyard which will detect another device if it is within 2 metres of the device you are wearing. Both devices will beep and vibrate until they are 2 metres apart.
Procedures for visiting the showroom
To limit the number of customers in the showroom so that we can keep social distancing. We will be asking customers to call, e mail or book online for an appointment which will be spaced out during the day.
Before travelling to see us please ask yourself the following questions:
- Do I have a fever?
- Do I currently have a cough?
- Am I experiencing any breathing problems?
- Have I been in contact with anyone with suspected or confirmed cases of Covid 19?
If you answer yes to any of these questions please do not make an appointment or travel to see us for at least 14 days and until you do not have any of these symptoms.
To keep our showroom and factory environment healthy for our customers and workforce we are limiting the number of people visiting to allow for safe distancing of at least two metres. (Maximum of 2 people per appointment and from the same household)
You will see safety discs on the floor to help you stay a safe distance from staff and other customers. To help with this you will be asked to wear a device on a lanyard which will detect another device if it is within 2 metres of the device you are wearing. Both devices will beep and vibrate until they are 2 metres apart.
When you enter the showroom we will check your temperature and offer you a disposable mask if you do not have one of your own to wear. Hand sanitisers are also available for your use.
All door handles, stair rails, balustrades, toilets etc will be regularly cleaned with disinfectant wipes but if your prefer to have disposable gloves they can be provided.
Our normal tea and coffee service and factory tours are temporarily suspended.
