Our delivery service

Our home delivery partners are also used by other furniture retailers and manufacturers, therefore other furniture, for other customers will be on the same vehicle. It is likely that there will be multiple drops to the same area, so exact delivery times cannot be specified. You will receive a telephone call to make an appointment to deliver. If the delivery date you are given is not suitable, or convenient, you will be given the option of re-booking on to the next delivery run to that area. Once a delivery date is agreed, an indication of an am, or pm delivery slot can be provided at the point of booking. However, we recommend that you are prepared to wait in all day for a delivery. You will receive a telephone call and email (if provided) one hour before your delivery arrives.

Deliveries within our local area are delivered free on orders of £1,000 and over. There will be a delivery charge for the rest of the UK mainland, regardless of the order amount. Price can vary dependent on location and the number of items, so please contact us for an exact delivery cost and lead time.

Higher delivery charges and a longer delivery time should be allowed for the following areas: English Postcode TR. Scottish Postcodes AB, DD, FK15 onwards, G63,82,83,84, IV, PA15 onwards. PH, KW and KY are classed as within the Highlands & Islands of Scotland. Please contact us for a delivery cost and lead time.

Small items (scatter cushions, footstools and small chairs) can be delivered by parcel courier. Exact delivery times cannot be specified and you will be required to sign for the item(s). You will need to attach screw-in legs to footstools and small chairs yourself, as they are packaged separately to avoid damage.
