Who will we share this information with?

It may be necessary to disclose personal information to third parties in order to provide a service to you, for instance, when arranging delivery of products. From time to time we may also employ third party business partners to collate site statistics relating to the number of visitors to our site, duration of page view, and other general information of a non-personal nature. We also employ a third party to distribute our e-newsletter which is sent out periodically to all registered members of Long Eaton Sofas® and in order to do this they will require access to email addresses. These third parties will be instructed to fully comply with the Long Eaton Sofas® Privacy Policy set forth herein

Communication with you

All members, by registering, consent to receive (by post, email or telephone) communication from us, which we think may be of interest to you. We may also send you marketing from third party organisations whichwe think may appeal to you, however, this information will be sent by us on their behalf: third parties will not have access to your information.

Opting out

We will use this data to contact you to arrange manufacturing and delivery of your orders and to advise you of previous transactions should you require customer service in the future. Ie new cushion interiors, replacement arm caps, cushion covers, or re-upholstery.

We may from time to time advise you by mail or email of sales promotions, new product launches where we often advise existing customers first so that they get priority of the best terms.

We will not retain any financial personal data such as credit or debit card numbers, banking details. We do not collect any information from third party credit reference agencies. We do not collect data from our websites as to which products you have viewed.

We do not record or monitor telephone calls.

We will not share any of your personal data with any other organisation.

We store this data securely on our in house computer server which is also backed up by our computer software company.

You have the right to object to how we use your personal data. You have the right of access and to correct, delete or restrict the use of the data.

If you require us to delete your data from our database please write to us at the above address or email us at mail@longeatonsofas.com However, please bear in mind that if we delete any data we will not be able to assist you with enquiries about your purchases as all the data will be erased.
