Buddy

I visited the showroom after seeing Long Eaton sofas online. I liked the variety and the idea that they were made on site. Customer service was very good and excellent covid safety processes were in place. After trying out all stock, I decided on The Buddy. I liked the clean lines and general shape. I asked for it to be made approx 10cm longer than standard and this was happily agreed at minimum extra cost. The difficulty for me was choosing fabric because there was just so much choice (I was looking at house fabrics and there were just so many) . Thankfully I knew the colour I wanted so that narrowed it down with the help of the very knowledgeable sales assistant. You can even choose the comfort/ softness level of the seating. Nothing was too much trouble and I was given a date for completion and delivery, with the proviso it may be subject to change in the event of covid lockdowns. I was kept appraised by email of progress and the completion and delivery date were met. The sofa was delivered in December 2019 and placed in position by the delivery guys who unpacked it from its protective wrapping and took that away with them. We are extremely happy with our sofa and it still looks and feels as good as new. I would absolutely recommend visiting their showroom, I couldn't fault anything and they beat others on price and quality.
